In Delta State, one Apiakise Samson has allegedly defiled a 15-year-old girl.
The defilement incident reportedly occurred on January 21 at Obahor street in Warri.

His arrest follows the Divisional Police Officer, DPO “B”,CSP Christopher Odoh rejection of a five million naira bribe presented to him by some unidentified persons to let go of the matter.
It was learnt that the suspect on the 21 of January at about 11pm accosted the young girl, forcefully took her into the Correctional center, beat her up, pulled of her clothes, laid her on the ground and had carnal knowledge of her without her consent.
He was said to have allowed the girl to return home the following morning at about 5am.
When the girl, a JSS III Student of Ugbuwangue College, Warri got home, she told her mother, who had looked for her throughout the night, what the suspect did to her.
Enraged by the development, the mother of the girl incidented the matter at the Police Station “B” Division.
The suspect was promptly arrested as a medical examination was conducted by Dr. A. Akpofure of the Central Hospital, Warri and the report indicated penetration and blood stains.
According to DAILY POST, the suspect as of Tuesday, January 28 is currently undergoing trial from officials of the Nigerian Correctional Services, NCS who came into Warri from Asaba.
The suspect who faces dismissal will be arraigned in court immediately as soon as trial is concluded
