A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Femi Fani-Kayode, said Nigeria owes the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, a debt of gratitude for destroying the party.

Fani-Kayode alleged that Atiku murdered, buried the PDP, and ensured that the party can never rise again.

The former Minister of Aviation stated these in a post via his verified Twitter handle on Friday.

According to Fani-Kayode, Atiku should be appreciated for single-handedly destroying the PDP, a feat no-one else managed to do since 1999.
